Claim Reporting Procedure
The prompt and proper reporting of all losses is the key to effective loss adjustment and the ultimate success of your insurance program. All claims are to be reported directly to Zurich North American.
A claim can be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in any of the following manners:

• Email: program.claims@zurichna.com
• Fax : 1-402-963-5329
When a claim is reported by phone, a written loss report is required to be sent to their home office within 24 hours. If you have previously reported a loss and have additional information to send directly to the carrier, then please fax it to 1-402-963-5270 referencing your claim number.
